had a great stay on this hotel,,reception is really friendly...the only problem was the bed ,,it was not comfortable 2 sleep on it,,but overall great stay indeed

The Court Classique was a calm oasis in a busy city - staff friendly slightly chaotic food service, but well prpared and tast meals. Staff slightly inexperienced and uncertain of themselves, but very willing to help and do their best. Duck + ducklings parade through dining area was highlight of our visit! A charming hotel and just what we were looking for in our first hotel after our arrival in South Africa - we would definitely book again if we were in the area.

Really enjoyed the stay. Staff just need to be aware of minor issues: no plates and glasses available at the food tables. Had to ask for this where it should have been checked and made available at all times. Need to check food - saw a bee in the yogurt, and this was not removed during the first course. Should have been checked constantly. The room was very neat and nicely laid out. Just forgot a bath-towel. Just minor issues, but this would add to the class of the hotel if the minor issues are looked at. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Thoughrally enjoyed it. A real break away from the norm, and yet still close to home.

Room 50's shower facility didn't work effectively. Water trapped when showering with the result of standing in dirty/trapped water. Took quite a while for water to flow out. Air con of room not in 100% working order.
